Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the amount paid within 7 days of purchase (aside from shipping fees). Items must be returned to us, un-used, before a refund is issued, and Drops of Joy Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. If you are returning a bulk order, shipping insurance is required at the customer’s expense.

If you have received the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 14 days at dropsofjoyjewelry@gmail.com. We will work with you to either repair or replace the item.

We do not accept returns on customized or outlet items.
