How do I use a diffuser necklace? How much oil should I use?Each necklace comes with three 100% organic cotton Diffuser Dots that you put into the locket. You can put 1-3 drops of an essential oil of your choice on the Diffuser Dot, and depending on the oil and the amount, you will be able to smell it for up to a week. Once the scent is gone, feel free to choose a different oil to use (or mix them if you want - that's fine too!). You can reuse the Diffuser Dots over and over.
For jewelry with lava beads, you can put a drop of oil directly on these porous beads and the scent will also last for a couple of days. Just reapply an oil when the scent is gone!
Can I buy refills of the Diffuser Dots? What size do I need?Our Diffuser Dots come in several sizes: small, medium, and large; small oval and large oval; and rectangle. Each product page will tell you what size leather your jewelry needs. Your jewelry will come with 3 Diffuser Dots when applicable, and you can buy
refills in sets of 3.
What if my jewelry breaks?We offer a limited warranty on all items purchased from this website. Items should not break from normal use and be free from manufacturer defects for a period of two months.
If one of our elastic bracelets happens to break from normal use, we will restring it one time at no extra charge…you just pay the shipping to us and we will ship it back.

How long will it take to have my jewelry delivered?Much of our jewelry is customized and all of it is made to order, so please allow a possible 5-7 business days for us to make it before shipping it out. We ship USPS first class with tracking. Delivery dates are estimates only, and we work hard to deliver your items in a timely manner; however, we will not be liable for items not delivered as estimated.
