My item is broken upon arrival - please help!
We do our best to package our items to make sure they arrive safely to you with no issues. But if something has been broken during shipment, no worries! Please contact us within 7 days of your item's delivery day. We will work with you to make sure you get the item repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
I've changed my mind about the jewelry item(s) that I ordered.
We want you to love your jewelry that you order! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. You may choose to exchange the item for another, or we will issue you a gift certificate to our shop in the amount spent, to use at a later date.
We do not offer refunds on returned items - only exchanges.
Items must be in resellable condition; exchanges will not be granted on items used with essential oils.
Sales are final on outlet items, gift cards, engraved jewelry, hand-stamped and other customized items and may not be exchanged.

You are responsible for shipping costs in returning your item(s). Drops of Joy Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. If you are returning a bulk order, shipping insurance is required at the customer’s expense.
I need to exchange the size of a shirt I ordered - what should I do?
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate if you are exchanging any clothing items. Please follow the steps above for returning the item, and we will issue the store credit upon receiving the product. **Please contact us for the return address before shipping back any clothing or non-jewelry accessories.
