When finalizing your order, please confirm that the address you enter on our website is the correct shipping address. If you realize that you made a mistake in entering your shipping information, please contact us right away. Drops of Joy Jewelry is not liable for any item(s) shipped to an incorrect location due to an error entering the shipping address. Replacing the item or re-routing will be at the expense of the customer.

Drops of Joy Jewelry is not responsible for items lost during the shipping process. For bulk, wholesale, and international orders we recommend shipping insurance at the buyers expense.

Shipping Details

All items are made to order (with love & joy) so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed BEFORE being shipped, however we have sped up our shipping process and oftentimes get the order out the same day unless there is an engraving or customization. We ship USPS first class but if you need expedited shipping, please request this and we can arrange to do so for an extra charge.

Delivery dates above are estimates; we always do our best to make and ship products in a timely fashion. Unless otherwise arranged, products will arrive packaged according to our current procedures.

If necessary, items may ship separately due to availability.
